The short version.

Taka is free to play, free to share. Use it kindly and the rest is common sense.

1. Use the site fairly

Don’t use bots, scrape moves, or run multiple accounts to game the leaderboard. Don’t use automated tools to play matches on another player’s behalf. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

2. Your content

Match histories, replays, and usernames you create are yours. We host them so other players can see them. By posting a public match or profile you grant Taka a non-exclusive license to display it in product and in marketing screenshots.

3. Accounts

We may close or suspend accounts that abuse other players, harass moderators, or break the law. We’ll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first, except in clear safety cases.

4. No warranties

We try to keep the site up, the matchmaking honest, and the ratings sane — but we provide Taka as-is. We’re not liable for lost matches, lost ratings, or lost time during outages.

5. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email registered players at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
